Bianco della Boemia


Grapes: 50% Cortese – 50% Pinot Bianco
Total Alcoholic Strength: 13%
Acidity: 5,5gr/l
Vinification: Harvest made in two times, first the grape Pinot Bianco whom must is kept cold waiting the grape Cortese, harvested 15 days later. After the blending, part of the must is fermented in Troncais "barriques". The remaining must instead is refined in steel barrels at a controlled temperature.

Features: Color:golden yellow; Scent: smoked and gentle; Taste: dry - strong body.
Ageing3 years since the vintage.
Combining:Every kind of fish, especially with white sauces.
Temperature: 12C° - 14C°
