Vinification: Separate harvest according to the different maturation degree of the grapes. We pick up the grapes and put them in little cases gently pressed. After the addiction of selectioned leavens we start the fermentation at the controlled temperature of 28°

Maturation: The wine produced is refined in Troncais oak "barriques" for 24 months until the bottling.
Features: Color: intense ruby red; Scent: vanilla and wood fruits; Taste: silky and vivacious character.
Ageing: Till 12 years since the vintage.
Combining: roasted red meats and great seasoned chees.
Temperature: 18C°-20C°
